INGREDIENTS:
- 80ml chilled water
- 125 Gram Desi ghee
- ½ kilogram
FOR FILLING:
- 300 gms. chocolate
- 80 gms. castor sugar
- 30 gms. Hazelnut paste
- 40 gms. melted butter
- Frying oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Make a dough: Take flour and put 125 gms of desi ghee.
- Mix the caster sugar, chocolate, melted butter, and hazelnut paste over a double boiler.
- Check if the butter gets absorbed. Take off the heat and place it aside until it cools down.
- When the filling thickens, use it to stuff Guijiya and style them with molds.
- After loading all the Gujiyas, put them in a deep freezer for an hour before frying on moderate heat.
